The Injured Jockeys Fund is the nationally renowned charity supporting current and former jockeys. 2019 will be a special year for us, as we are due to open our brand new rehabilitation and fitness centre, Peter O’Sullevan House, on the outskirts of Newmarket this summer. This new purpose-built centre will also house our Head Office administrative functions and with this in mind, we are recruiting for two positions.

Charity Administrator/Data Co-ordinator

The IJF seeks a skilled administrator for this new role. Secretarial experience is essential as personalised letter-writing will form a large part of this daily duties. Applicants must be appropriately qualified and be conversant with Microsoft packages, with an aptitude in the use of CRM packages as database maintenance will also be important. Training will be given for our in-house systems. Good general knowledge of/interest in horseracing would be helpful, given the nature of the charity and its new multi-purpose venue. A salary circa £20,000 p.a. is offered depending on experience. Annual leave 22 days.
