RACING STAFF DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME – PROGRAMME COORDINATOR – £25,000.00 (with some room for negotiation)
(Initial 24-month fixed term contract)
The National Horseracing College seeks to employ a Racing Staff Development Programme (RSDP) Programme Coordinator.
Candidates for this interesting, challenging role, must have excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. Training in marketing/administration is essential, as is knowledge and experience of the Racing Industry. The successful candidate must also be able to maintain positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders including the BHA, employers, racing staff and coaching/racing experts.
Hours of work: 37-per week, flexible hybrid working, with the need to physically attend weekly meetings in Middleham or Malton.
