Description:

Our client, a world renowned and successful producer of bespoke and branded textiles for the racing industry is seeking a Sales Administrator / Sales Executive to join their Equestrian team. Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will administratively support the sales process in the provision of colours, rugs and promotional clothing sales.

 

Job Description

 

  • As a key point of contact for clients you will need to be capable of answering queries, offering advice, prepare quotes and maintain pricing policies.
  • Accurately inputting orders on our bespoke system. Liaising with the workshop on samples, and delivery schedules.

 

Keys to success

 

  • Effective client communication and liaison with colleagues to deliver orders on time.
  • Organising your sales time efficiently with colleagues to maximise customer contact and deliver a high service quality.
  • Building client relationships so they know you well respect your judgement and trust your capability. 
  • Liaison with accounts when preparing accurate prices within special orders.
  • Accurate order input that informs our clients and accurate instruction input that provides the fine detail for our production team.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Be capable of recording and understanding the detail and requests from enquiries.
  • Learn and explain the product, fabric and imagery benefits, features and proof.
  • Add orders to Filemaker, share with client, refine for sign off.
  • Chase quotes sign offs.
  • Collaborate with the workshop on delivering work load when at high capacity.
  • Collaborate if necessary with Accounts on prices.
  • Process and share large client orders to check the detail and prices.

 

Imagery and Samples

 

  • Request and share mock ups and visuals with your colleagues on embroidery and artwork.
  • Request, send and chase samples.

 

Marketing

 

  • Collaborate on E-shots, Mailshots, advertising and PR
  • Attend briefings   and occasions if and when necessary.

 

Feedback

 

  • Share and distribute customer delight
  • Research, report, and discuss customer complaints before responding.

 

 Hours:  40 hours per week, 9.00am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
