Salary:• £29,000 base salary + uncapped commission Guaranteed £2,000 commission in year one

The successful candidate will have strong links into the racing industry and the Newmarket area. This role involves breaking into the racing market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Provide customer support to current Customers. Work with customers to create nutrition plans that align with their goals, conduct regular check-ins, adjust nutrition plans as needed, and ensure supply meets their requirements.
  • Sales (End Users): Identify and convert new opportunities into our customers, including those generated by marketing efforts.
  • Sales (Trade): Work with wholesalers and retailers to ensure customers can access our range of feeds from their local feed store.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven sales skills, including relationship building and account management.
  • Experience working with horses.
  • A genuine passion for horses and an interest in equine nutrition.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Full driver's license required.
  • Qualifications in equine science or nutrition are advantageous but not essential.
