Oaksey House is a state-of-the-art rehabilitation and fitness centre operated by the Injured Jockeys Fund. It serves as a vital hub for the Lambourn racing community, offering physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, gym facilities, and residential support for injured jockeys and other beneficiaries.
The centre is known for its welcoming, community-focused atmosphere and commitment to excellence in care and performance.
We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Centre Administrator to join our small dynamic team.?You will become an integral part of the day-to-day running of the Centre, providing valuable administrative support to the wider clinical team and General Manager.
This role requires a warm, and confident individual who enjoys being in a customer-facing environment, has excellent administration, organisational and communication skills, and is computer literate with knowledge of the usual MS Office suites.
Salary & Hours: £18,000 per annum based on a 25hr week. Hours to be agreed with the successful candidate. Job share might be considered.
Overall purpose of the role
To work in partnership with the General Manager to support the day to day running of Oaksey House, as well as the clinical appointment systems and clinical areas.
To act as the conduit between the IJF, practitioners and other external medical organisations.
To create a warm, welcoming, and well-run environment for those visiting Oaksey House.
