The Racing Manager is looking to expand their excellent customer relations department. The role is permanent and involves ensuring that all trainers, owners and managers have all questions answered and resolved as soon as possible. The applicant will be expected to grow close relationships with clients and be part of the innovation side of the business.
A knowledge of horse racing is preferable. The applicant should have a good basic understanding of computers and IT. They should be highly personable and have the ability to work under pressure.
Although not essential the applicant would ideally be eligible for the UK government ‘kickstart’ program.
To start January 4th 2021 and the majority of the work will be done from a home location.
