The British Racing School is the major training provider for the racing industry and Centre of Excellence.
Reporting to the Yard Manager, the person filling this role will become one of the School’s full-time Yard Instructors delivering training to young people entering the racing industry as stable staff.
A thorough knowledge of racing and experience of working in a racing yard is essential, as is the ability to ride racehorses. The successful applicant must be able to work with young people and have good communication skills. Previous instructional experience is desirable, but not essential.
Initial salary of £25,750. Pension scheme with generous employer contribution. Private medical insurance. On site accommodation available.
