We have a newly created opportunity for a recent/soon-to-be graduate (or equivalent) to join our small, friendly team in the role of Junior PHP Full Stack Web Developer. Supporting the Head of ICT, the successful candidate will play a key role in IT development, projects, maintenance and support, particularly in relation to our bespoke business application. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills, gain valuable hands-on experience, and start to grow your career within the heart of a unique organisation.


You will need:


• To be working towards or recently graduated in a relevant degree
• An applied understanding of core web development technologies including: PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MS SQL; which might have been acquired as part of your course, or through a placement or experience working in the industry
• Good organisational, problem solving and time management skills
• To enjoy a hands-on varied role, and building strong working relationships as an important part of a small team
• Interest in working in the public sector, or the horseracing or betting industries
