Description:
As a Landscaper, you will play a key role in delivering premium landscaping projects across Oxfordshire. Working closely with the Foreman and wider team, you will contribute to the construction of beautifully designed outdoor spaces to the highest standards.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the delivery of high-end landscaping projects from start to finish
• Carry out a variety of hard landscaping tasks including:
o Paving and porcelain installation
o Decking and fencing
o Brickwork, blockwork, and retaining walls
o Groundworks and drainage
• Follow plans and instructions to ensure accurate and high-quality execution
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment on-site
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively
• Support the Foreman and contribute to overall site productivity
• Assist with tool, equipment, and vehicle maintenance
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines without compromising quality
• Uphold company standards and deliver an exceptional client experience
About You
• Team player with strong communication skill
• Is physically fit and enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Is self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Can work efficiently and adapt to changing site requirements
• Be confident in tasks such as paving, groundwork, and basic construction
Requirements
• Previous experience in landscaping, gardening or hard landscaping would be beneficial.
• Experience working in luxury or high-end gardens is preferred, but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Able to travel reliably across Oxfordshire and surrounding areas
• You will need your own reliable transport to travel to and from different sites.
• Right to work in the UK required; sponsorship is not available
