Description:

We are a growing luxury landscaping and garden design company looking for a hardworking and reliable Labourer to join our team. We create and maintain premium outdoor spaces for high-end residential
properties and luxury gardens.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting landscapers and gardeners on-site
• Loading and unloading materials, tools, and plants
• Preparing groundworks and garden areas
• Helping with paving, turfing, planting, fencing, and general landscaping tasks
• Keeping sites clean, safe, and organised
• Supporting the team to deliver exceptional finishes on luxury garden projects

About You

• Hardworking with a positive attitude
• Punctual and reliable
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Ability to work well within a team

Requirements

• Previous experience in landscaping, gardening or hard landscaping is desirable.
• Experience in luxury landscaping or gardening is preferred but not essential.
• A full UK driving licence is required.
• Able to travel reliably across Oxfordshire and surrounding areas
• You will need your own reliable transport to travel to and from different sites.
• Right to work in the UK required; sponsorship is not available
